Trampay Ltda. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on gettrampay.com and in the Trampay mobile application (together, the "Service"). This Cookie Notice explains what technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Brazil's Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados (LGPD) governs how we handle any personal data associated with cookies. Where cookies collect data that can identify you, that processing is described in our Privacy Policy and your LGPD rights apply.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the Service to recognize your browser or device across sessions, remember your preferences, and measure how you use the platform. We also use related technologies such as local storage (used by the cookie-banner dismissal state) and session tokens.

Trampay uses cookies in the following categories:

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Notice Model

Because Trampay operates under Brazilian law and does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, we apply a notice-only model: a banner informs you of our cookie use when you first visit the Service. Strictly necessary cookies fire on page load to keep the Service functional; analytics cookies may also fire on load. By continuing to use the Service after seeing the banner, you acknowledge this notice. You can opt out of analytics at any time using the methods described in Section 6.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies may be set by third parties acting as our service providers for analytics or communications functions. We maintain data processing agreements with such providers that restrict their use of data to the performance of services for the Company. We do not permit third-party providers to use data collected via our Service for their own advertising or profiling purposes.

  • Cookie preferences link: Click "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page to re-open the cookie notice and clear your dismissal state.
